Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain outer packaging. Product names are not printed on the outside.

Are Feel products age restricted?

Yes. You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live.

Can intimate products be returned?

Unopened products with intact hygiene seals may be eligible under our Return & Refund Policy. Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items remain covered by applicable law.

Where can I find ingredients and compatibility information?

Review the product page and package before use. When compatibility has not been verified for a particular material or use, we do not claim it.
