Orders ship in plain outer packaging. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import restrictions unless checkout states otherwise. We may cancel and refund orders we cannot legally or safely ship.

Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost. Please retain the packaging while we review a carrier claim.
