Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, body-care products, and intimate devices must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all hygiene seals intact to qualify for a change-of-mind return. Gift cards, final-sale items, and opened consumable products are not returnable unless required by law.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled separately. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping package. Do not send intimate photographs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise.

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights in your state, province, territory, or country.
